The End of an Error: David Souter is retiring.
Perhaps the worst SCOTUS pick ever made by a Republican President is about the retire from the SCOTUS.
NPR has learned that Supreme Court Justice David Souter is planning to retire at the end of the court’s current term.
The Democrats will have the votes to ensure that Zero will get whomever he nominates through the process in no-time-flat. And aside from the likely age of the new Associate Justice (who will, no doubt, be younger than the retiring Souter), there will likely be no other change to the partisan make-up of the court.
In other words, a reliable liberal vote will be replaced with a reliable moobat-crazy-liberal vote. Ho-hum.
