Is There Hope for California?

Political commentator John Fund (Wall Street Journal, National Review) explains how California can be transformed if Jerry Brown’s tax increases are defeated and Prop 32 (limiting union funding for political purposes) is passed. Fund quotes Winston Churchill who once said that “Americans will eventually do the right thing – but first they must exhaust all other possibilities.” California has exhausted all other possibilities.
