#NVSen: Heller Wins Second Debate

(Las Vegas, NV) – Tonight’s debate between Dean Heller and seven-term Congresswoman Shelley Berkley again provided a stark contrast between Heller’s pro-growth, pro-middle class agenda and Shelley Berkley’s big-government, high-tax policies.

“Thank you to the Nevada Broadcasters Foundation, Vegas PBS, and Mitch Fox for making tonight’s event happen.  Tonight, Dean Heller reiterated his commitment to doing what is in the best interest of Nevadans, even if it means breaking with party lines. His message of a stronger middle class and greater economic prosperity strikes an obvious contrast to that of his opponent.

“Again, Shelley Berkley repeated the same partisan talking points and misleading attacks without providing any vision for a better future for Nevadans. The very policies that she promoted tonight has made life more difficult for Nevadans and its clear we can’t afford her plan of higher taxes, more regulations, and a more controlling government. By supporting the Wall Street bailout, trillion dollar stimulus, and ObamaCare, Shelley Berkley is stifling job creation in the Silver State.
