The Palins should simply shrug off these types of allegations and allow their various fan clubs such as conservativesforpalin.com and the like to take care of the spin control. I deal with Internet lies for a living and I found that in the majority of cases, the antagonists are either sociopaths or narcissists. In either case, if they do not perceive their intended victim's pain they will tend to withdraw for a more opportune time.

The other reason that the Palins should generally take a look don't touch approach is because of what is called the "Streisand Effect", this is where mountains are made out of molehills simply because the subject of the posting gives the issue more credence than it deserves.

Notwithstanding, most victims of lies and libel and defamation do not have the fan clubs that the Palin's have. As such, the rest of us would do well to try and empathize with victims of Internet libel. The pain, lonliness and anguish caused could be likened to that of an experience with cancer or Alzheimer's. Until somebody has had personal or family experience with these diseases, they cannot possibly relate to the depth of the anguish it causes.

I wonder what left wing comments this wing-nut makes to his students??!! Yes - the schools driven by the Left Wing Teachers Unions - are using our public funded classrooms to enlist new members to their cause. On a daily basis all over this country the teachers make somments and inferences for their cause. Students who may not agree or object are forced to be silent or be ridiculed by the teachers in front of other classmates.

There are no lower forms of life then Democrat Party operatives, their wink/nod attack dogs and fawning media outlets who feed off the patriotic dedication of people such as Sarah Palin.

Think for one minute about why the governor has been targeted. Here we have a fairly ordinary American; a loving wife and mother who by all honest accounts just happens to be a dedicated public servant. She has made a difference in her community through sheer force of will and hard work. Mrs. Palin has all the challenges faced by most American’s and a perhaps a few we don’t. This in sum total makes me rethink my previous use of the term “ordinary” and replace it with extraordinary.

Isn’t this what we want in our public officials- a so-called “regular” person we can relate to? Someone who thinks and acts like us rather than the manufactured, self absorbed and disconnected politicians we have grown akin to? Someone who has not only lived their professed values, but shown they can stay true to them in a political role. Rhetorically, the answer is yes. Mrs. Palin is that ideal politician, a paradigm changer that threatens all who feed off the current system, irrespective of party.

On the other hand, we have these despicable, under accomplished trash denizens. Peddlers of filth and untruths who hide behind their anonymity only to cloak their sad useless lives which are mostly spent hanging around gyms and even scarier our fellow citizens children. They are kings and queens of the local meaningless purlieus and every other irrelevant insular fiefdom of liberal thought. If not for the internet, they would be people we barely notice like those folks from high school still clinging to the local watering hole 20 years later, reliving the salad days, every day, for the rest of their miserable lives.

Who do I pick to guide me and my children towards the future? That’s a pretty simple question; it’s Sarah Palin and those like her with moral turpitude, a sense of country, conservative ideals, moxie, pride and real life accomplishments which are a millennium away from the unproductive, self-loathing, fabricated, fantasy lives of her detractors.

I went to a reception for Sarah Palin in Philadelphia in the last election. When she spoke I KNEW this was a real human being - not obsessed with the grandeur of office - but committed to the responsibility of serving the American people. I know she would tell the truth - good, bad or whatever and not lie as we see on a daily basis from elected and appointed officials from the local Township to the White House.

I'm also tired of being insulted by those in office (on both sides) that WE THE PEOPLE aren't capable of understanding what's good for us. That's just HOOEY and from my conversations with people every day I am seeing more and more anger and more and more commitment to speak out and stop this train wreck of a bloated government.

We need FEWER lawyers in office and more people who have had to manage a household and a job or business.

Government NEVER SPENDS MONEY EFFICIENTLY.
Government must have LESS REVENUE TO BLOW OUT OF CANNONS!
