There are times when it's actually kinda fun to live in Massachusetts.

This, however, isn't one of those times.

The House is about to begin much anticipated debate on whether out-of-state gay couples should be allowed to wed in Massachusetts.

You can bet your sweet bippy that said repeal wouldn't be coming up for debate unless it was going to pass - and probably with margin.

So in summary, not satisfied with redefining marriage within the borders of the Commonwealth, and completely unable to leave bad-enough alone, it would appear that the Massachusetts legislature - savants, all - are on the verge of browbeating enough of the double supermajority Democrats (likely with the help of a couple of crapweasel "Republicans") into voting to repeal a 1913 law that would, in essence, allow any two sentient beings to get married in the Commonwealth - even if said union would not be recognized as legal in the couple's home state.

Because, of course, they are liberals and therefore, ipso facto, they know better.

Swell.
