Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys, including Quarterback Tony Romo, were names that ACORN workers attempted to register to vote during the 2008 presidential election.

The ensuing outrage sparked a voter registration fraud scandal that helped lead to the activist group’s demise, and put new focus on the integrity of third-party voter registration efforts during Presidential elections.

Now, four years later, the name: John Adolf Hitler, was one of those turned in on a voter registration form collected by another group in Cincinnati, according to the Hamilton County Board of Elections.

“It’s certainly not a joke. In Ohio, that kind of activity is a felony,” says Alex Triantafilou, an Elections Board member who also serves as the Chairman of the county’s Republican party.

“Any person who would engage in that kind of conduct with something as serious to our democracy as voting, is highly irresponsible and potentially criminal…We have someone doctoring registrations, and the next step would be a serious move toward fraudulent voting. We are worried about it.”

The listing, “Adolf Hitler, John…666 Heltz…la,” puts his supposed residence in Los Angeles.

It was part of a batch of roughly 200 voter registrations that election officials say were flagged as possibly fraudulent, forged, or duplicated by the group that collected them, FieldWorks, a private Washington, D.C. based firm.

Quite simply the worst television personality in the history of history, Lawrence O’Donnell told his 10 viewers that the Bible (specifically the book of revelations) is a “work of fiction”:

The book of Revelation is a work of fiction describing how a truly vicious God would bring about the end of the world. No half-smart religious person actually believes the book of Revelation. They are certain that their God would never turn into a malicious torturer and mass murderer beyond Hitler’s wildest dreams. Glenn Beck, of course, does believe the book of Revelation.

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Here’s Becks response:

MSNBC Host Lawrence O’Donnell said on his show that the Bible, specifically the book of Revelation, is a “work of fiction” to portrays God as a mass murderer beyond Hitler’s wildest dreams.

“I believe that MSNBC has become the most anti‑god network ever put on the air in the history of America,” Glenn said on radio this morning.

Glenn then tossed to audio from Lawrence O’Donnell, who flat out calls the Bible fiction and twists comments made by Glenn.

O’Donnel begins, “The Book of Revelation is a book of fiction describing how a vicious God would bring about the end of the world. No half smart religious person believes the Book of Revelation anymore.”

Glenn certainly didn’t agree with this, as he and Pat both stated that the Book of Revelation was God saying “this is what it is going to look like”. “He’s giving us this in advance to say when you see these things, have hope that I am coming soon. That’s what he’s saying and it’s not the end of the world. The world goes on a thousand years, God time, a thousand years after he comes back. This is not the end of the world. That’s the way people like Lawrence O’Donnell try to twist it,” Glenn said.

“No half smart religious person believes what you said about the Book of Revelation,” Pat said in reference to O’Donnell.

As O’Donnell continued, he omitted that much of the violence and murder was committed by the Anti-Christ, not God.

“I guess if you’re Lawrence O’Donnell, you expect God‑‑ again, here’s that mentality that he must undo all the wrong being done, that we can have no opposition, no tragedy and have no catastrophe happen to us,” Pat said.

“Yes, he does. You know why? Because progressives believe that they are God. They will have collective salvation and they will fix everything,” Glenn said.

“So Glenn Beck is saying he doesn’t know, he doesn’t know if the nuclear crisis in Japan is signaling the imminent end of the world. If Bill O’Reilly is going to use the word hype and not the words Glenn Beck in the same sent he’s in, Billy Boy’s analysis is surprisingly as empty‑headed as usual. Glenn Beck doesn’t know if this is the end of the world,” O’Donnell said, twisting Glenn’s words.

Obviously suffering from some sort of inferirority complex, O’Donnel then begged for Glenn’s audience to watch him instead. ““Why would anyone listen to a guy who doesn’t know if this is the end of the world,” he asked, “when there’s another guy on MSNBC at eight every night who can tell you with absolute certainty, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this is not the end of the world? What do I have to do, change the name of the show to ‘The This is Not the End of the World Show with Lawrence O’Donnell?’”

(editor’s note: While O’Donnell appears to be desperate to have Glenn’s audience, even willing to change the name of his show to increase ratings, we doubt anything can really save MSNBC.)
